Terms

These terms apply to using the Oneware website and tools and to buying licenses. Version of 19 October 2026.

Free use and Premium

You can open and use every tool without an account. Some features are marked Premium and need a license key. While Premium features are shown as free, you can use them without a key. Features you unlocked with a license stay unlocked.

License

A license is bought once per tool, has no subscription and is valid permanently for that tool, including its updates for as long as it is offered. It is personal, not transferable and may be used on up to 2 of your devices. You may not resell, share or publish your key. If the tool is no longer offered, you may keep using the version you have.

Purchase and payment

Lemon Squeezy is the seller and handles payment, invoices and taxes. Its terms apply to the purchase. The final price, including any taxes, is shown at checkout before you pay. After payment you receive your license key by e-mail.

Refund

You can get your money back within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason. Write to oneware.contact@gmail.com with the e-mail address used for the purchase. The refund is paid out through Lemon Squeezy and the license is deactivated.

Your data and backups

Your entries are stored in your browser on your device, plus any backup file you export and any cloud folder you connect yourself. We have no copy and cannot restore them. Clearing browser data, changing device or a defective device can delete them. You are responsible for exporting backups regularly and for having the right to use the files and data you process in the tools.

Availability and liability

The tools are provided as they are, without a guarantee that they are free of errors or always available. Results of tools such as Verifyxr, the Document Converter or the PDF Toolkit can be wrong or incomplete, so check every result before you use or hand it in. A format check does not guarantee that a school or university accepts your document. We are liable only for intent and gross negligence, as far as the law allows. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version of the date above applies to purchases made from that date. Licenses already bought keep their scope.
